If you are an active reachnet customer you can check your service usage here.

Please consider moving to a plan with a higher usage limit if you believe you will regularly exceed your monthly usage limit. Alternatively, you might want to select one of our shaped plans. Shaped plans do not incur excess usage but slow the plan speed to 64/64 when usage is exceeded. There are no penalties or contract fees if you move to a plan with a greater monthly limit – there is a one off charge of $35.00 if you elect to downgrade your plan.
